What is the Guidestone authority score?
A 100-point score for how findable, cited and recommended your business is. Found is worth 40 points (five checks of how well AI can read your website), Cited is worth 30 (directory listings, reviews, and mentions from other sites compared with two local competitors), and Recommended is worth 30 (one point for each time ChatGPT, Google AI or Perplexity names you when asked 10 questions your customers ask). AI companies do not publish an official score; this is Guidestone’s own measure, and the full method is published at guidestone.io/services/#score.
How much does it cost?
The AI Visibility Check is free. A full AI visibility audit starts at $500, a 30-day pilot starts at $2,500, and fractional marketing and operations retainers start at $3,000 a month. Final pricing depends on the size of the business and the scope of work, and is confirmed after a short call.
How is the 30-day pilot billed?
The pilot is a one-time fee, paid when it starts. There is no obligation to continue afterward. If you want to keep going, the fractional retainer is month to month.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Fractional retainers can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Audits and pilots are not refunded once work has started. The free check is always free.
