Privacy policy

What we collect

When you request a free AI Visibility Check or send a message, we collect what you enter: your name, work email, business name, website, phone, main service and town, the competitors you list and your message. Competitor names are used only to compare how AI sees your business next to theirs; we don't contact them. When you book a call through Cal.com, we receive the details you give in the booking form. We use this information only to prepare your check, run the call, and follow up about either.

We measure site visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across other sites. Our forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam; Turnstile checks your browser to tell people from bots and may set a cookie needed for that check.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare hosts the site, runs the form, provides analytics and spam protection.
• Resend delivers form submissions to our inbox.
• Cal.com handles call bookings.
• Google Workspace hosts our email.

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list without asking first.

How long we keep it

We keep check requests and related emails for up to two years after our last contact with you, then delete them. Client records are kept as long as needed for the engagement and for tax and legal purposes.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing carl.keyser@guidestone.io. We respond within one business day and complete requests within 30 days.
